  I came in around 11am, but nobody took care of me until 2pm. Actually there were only 9 people waiting ahead of me when I came in. How slow and inefficient they were ! Unbelievable totally!
  
  I got upset so much. When I came in I told a guy I am wanna close my account, the he gave a waiting number. Two hours later the same guy told me I can’t do it since I am not the plan holder. Why didn’t you tell me that when I just came in? Why did you keep me waiting for 2 hours but help me with nothing? How stupid!
