    Pizza is good, considering the taste vs each penny paid. However the service needs to be improved. What's the point of their accepting your phone order with your name attached, but someone else who arrives in the store before you has a higher priority and can get the pizza you ordered? Either stop taking phone orders or honor them when you do. It's not a rocket science, just take a responsible person to get the job done right.

    Came in, there were at least 3 people in the back talking and laughing. Waited for a little bit. Called the store while waiting at the front and the employees ignored even that. Then had to look into the kitchen and ask someone to finally assist us. There was only one person inside waiting for their order other than me. Customer service sucked
